University Departments, Sponsored, Non-Profit, & External Groups	One year in advance	Three years in advance

Food and beverage guidelines.

Carved & Crafted menu and ordering system for departments, faculty and staff.

Form is used if Chartwell's is not providing food in meeting room and must be submitted at least two (2) business days prior to event request date.

Alcoholic Beverage Activity Form must be submitted and approved at least five (5) business days prior to the requested event date.

Student Carved & Crafted Catering is designed to offer the highest cost-effective catering service for registered student organizations.

All exemption requests will be reviewed by an Event Services team member.
